Limited Editions

Limited edition prints are subject to availability. In the event that there are no further Limited Edition canvas's or prints available, we will notify you where you will be given the opportunity to either choose another item from the website or obtain a full refund.

Tax & Duties

All charges are subject to VAT on all goods and services and will be payable at time of purchase. Any purchase that requires delivery outside of Europe may be subject to additional charges and duties, the cost of which will be borne by you. xcanvas do not accept any responsibility for such charges or taxes.

Inactive Account Policy

xcanvas reserves the right to cancel the Service or to discontinue your account if it has been inactive for a period of six months.

Payment

When ordering from xcanvas, you will be asked to enter a debit, credit or charge card details. You must ensure that you are the authorised card holder and that you as the authorised card holder have sufficient funds to cover all costs relating to your purchase. All orders must be prepaid in full before processing.

Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express, Diner's Club or Laser.

Your order will be processed once payment has been authorised. xcanvas use WorldPay. WorldPay is a UK based gateway that provides a secure payment service.

Delivery

Our products are delivered between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We therefore ask customers to give a delivery address that will be occupied between these times. The delivery time is usually 7-10 days, however this period may increase in peak periods.
We currently only ship to the UK.

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, under no circumstance are we able to deliver to P.O. Boxes

Returns Policy

We do inspect all the goods prior to shipping and ensure that the goods are packaged adequately. In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged product, you should notify xcanvas within 7 days of purchase by email to returns@xcanvas.co.uk or in writing by post to:

Damaged products will be replaced free of charge and xcanvas will reimburse your returns postal costs. The return postal cost of faulty items returned outside of our 7 day return policy is paid by the customer.

Cancellations Policy

In the unlikely event of you wanting to cancel your order with us, it should be done so within 24 hours of first making your order. This should be done so by email to cancellations@xcanvas.co.uk or in writing by post to:
